Three men rape a minor boy in Tandlianwala

LAHORE(TANDLIANWALA), 27 September: Police in Tandlianwala on Monday registered a case against three men for raping the son of a vendor in a suburban village of Tandlianwala.

When the minor boy, who had gone outside in the evening to play with the other children, did not return home all night, his father and other male members of his family started looking for him and eventually found him dumped in a sugarcane field in an unconscious condition.

Later, in his statement to the police and 12-year-old Ali Husnain said that a man named Arshad had lured him to a deserted place and where he and his two accomplices raped him all night.

Noor Mukadam’s murder could have been avoided had Zakir Jaffer, the father of prime suspect Zahir Jaffer, informed the police instead of helping his son, according to a challan submitted by the police to the trial court. The private news channel has obtained details of the challan (investigation report) submitted in the murder case of the daughter of a former diplomat. The interim challan was submitted to Additional District and Sessions Judge Atta Rabbani on September 9.
