The agreement was reached during the 3rd Meeting of the CPEC Political Parties Joint Consultative Mechanism (JCM) in Islamabad, co-chaired by Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar and Minister of the International Department of the Communist Party of China (IDCPC) Liu Jianchao.
