The case was registered at Aapbara Police Station in 2022, accusing the PTI founder and others of protesting against the ECP’s decision, which temporarily disqualified Imran Khan from holding office. The FIR claimed protestors pelted stones at police and FC officials, causing injuries, and damaged public property.
